Peter`s Family Fare Restaurant in Pertd

This was our first time at this restaurant; the service was very friendly & attentive, the food was yummy & the coconut cream pie was delicious! We'd like to try some other menu options, so this spot is on our "we'll be back" list.

Great good, gluten dairy free options/ bread

A fabulous place for breakfast. Good local flavour,very friendly and accommodating staff. Foos is great, and reasonably priced. Best breakfast place in town.

Used to be great but we've been dissapointed enough the last few times we went that we won't be back. Staff are nice but food is fair to poor, last time we went my partner's meat was so tough it was inedible. They were apologetic and quickly replaced it with something else but still! Too hit and miss for me.

Delicious and high quality - recommend the fish burger and chicken burger in particular.

We visited this little country restaurant in Perth and loved it. The servers and staff are super friendly, the prices are excellent and the food quality and portions were awesome! Service was quick as well.What else could you ask for?

Not a bad place. Very busy on Sunday morning but that speaks to the quality of the place. Really my only complaint was that the prices were high for a small town diner.

Service was friendly and coffee was good, but I ordered a toasted western and the toast was so heavily buttered it was soggy, couldn't eat it

Decent but not the best general impression of the place. We went in on a Sunday towards the end of their day, and the place was half full, still it took at least 15mins to receive a baby booster seat, promised to us when we got seated. Also, it took a VERY long time to get a glass of water and the menus. On the menu was specified: breakfast all day on Sundays, yet when we tried to order, we were told they actually don’t serve breakfast anymore: the menu was just old and not up to date. (But why were we not told from the beginning, when we received the menus?!) On top of it, they were not serving also other items from the dinner menu: frustrating! The food arrived pretty fast, but the fries though hot, did not tasted the freshest. Didn’t leave the place hungry, but a little disappointed.

Really good food and service. The seats could be softer but they where still comfy. The whole area had a nice feel to it. Loved the place.

This restaurant never disappoints. From soup, to club sandwiches with real turkey, to the best homemade pies to die for.

My wife and I had heard about Peter's Family Fare Restaurant from friends in Brockville, so we decided to head up on Sunday morning for breakfast! Okay, it's been a long time since I've seen BIG, juicy tasty sausages like this! I mean BIG! Eggs were cooked to my liking, over easy and my wife had hers sunny-side up. Hash browns and tasty strips of bacon! Service was prompt in spite of how busy the restaurant was. I guess the local townsfolk know how good Peter's in Perth is too. Reasonably priced too! The only thing keeping me from giving my rating 5 stars is that the table-to-belly placement is too close. We were in a 2 seater booth. I noticed that the 4 seaters were a bit wider. But the restaurant was busy and there's no way I'd put out a family of 4 for the sake of "ma big belly"! We'll be back to Peter's and do some more exploring of the lovely town of Perth, Ontario.

Great food fast service and so friendly

My scrambled eggs were burnt. 2 different types of hair on the sausage lol. One human hair, one like a very thin, light colored maybe a cat hair. Well done.

Had breakfast good service good food.

My family was traveling through Perth and has the opportunity to visit this restaurant for a nice breakfast. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing. Fast service and big portions. We definitely left satisfied. Next time we go back to Perth we will have to sit down here again for breakfast.

This is a lovely "frozen" in time place. I brought out of country friend here to give her real old fashioned dinner experience. We came to Peter's for their pie and it didn't disappoint! The pies were fresh and delicious and the service was awesome.

Food is excellent and service was even better

The restaurant looks very nice, feel the harmonious atmosphere. It's a lovely place to have lunch or dinner together. The most amazing part is ice cream, love their ice-cream. I live in Perth, so definitely recommend this place for a date or hang-out with friends.

What a nice little restaurant. Food was good and the service was excellent. They were very accommodating to children and had a descent kids menu.

Wow!! Do yourself a favor and eat here. All the locals can't be wrong. We heard about this from a local and found it full of locals when we decided to give it a try. Great prices fantastic food and homemade pies are over the top.Service is off the charts... like the good old days in a great old town.

Home cooked food which had good flavour and large portions. Staff was friendly and they easily accommodated our requests. We will go back.

Good quality, fresh food. There are lots of options for side dishes, or choose none at all if you're not too hungry.Fresh bread and pies that are made in-store. The homemade soup was made specially delicious.

I came here during Thanksgiving with my folks for a family lunch.Ambience and staff were friendly. Food however as a bit of a disappointment. There weren't many choices, and the one I chose (beef liver & onions) was bit too salty and greasy.

My absolute favourite breakfast place for just a regular diner! If you want a good solid breakfast to start the day, they can't be beat.

The service was great the staff were attentive and nice. The food was some of the best breakfast food I've had. The sausage was amazing highly recommend - and I don't like sausage. Good coffee and an overall good dining experience.

Fast, friendly and delicious. The breakfast is awesome, especially the sausages they’re a meal in themselves, unlike most places these days. The servers are all passionate about their work and it makes it that much more special when eating out a no frills meal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner as visitors we’ve had it all with satisfaction. The fifth star is missing because the seating is a little crammed, however they do accommodate you at the largest booth when they can! The chocolate milk and juice portions are fair as well unlike other places that serve these tiny glasses that are good for a few sips.

Absolutely love the Peter's Family Fare Restaurant. The servers always have a smile which makes you feel comfortable. Though it can be busy, booths are cozy. Good prices and lots of options with good serving sizes. Great place to eat!
